• fixed some multiplayer display bugs
• made anti-ballistic missile defence actually work  by tracking the missile and yeah
• increased price of nuclear missile silos
• made some of the warnings (missile incoming, nuclear detonation) work correctly in local and online 
• made game over screen look better, now it shows the flag of the victor.
